Children’s Ministry Mission

From the 1st to 5th grade, our volunteer leaders focus on teaching the fundamentals of our Christian faith using age appropriate materials. Focusing on Biblical truths and principles, our leaders bring forth teachings of what it looks like to worship, how we are to fellowship, what discipleship is and looks like, exposure to international missions, and the impact of ministry and what evangelism is. Here at First Baptist Church Hohenwald, we are committed to giving your children a safe, secure and friendly environment in which they can learn and grow.

Children’s Schedule

Sunday Mornings

Bible Study Classes | 9:00am - 9:45am

1st - 5th Grades

Bible Study Classes for kids meet on Sunday mornings in age-graded classes.

sunday Evenings

B.I.B.L.E Club | 5:00pm - 6:00pm

1st - 5th Grades

B.I.B.L.E Club meets on Sunday nights where children are taught Bible truths from Genesis to Revelation filled with interactive games and teaching times.

Wednesday Evenings

Kids on Mission | 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Kindergarten - 5th Grade

On Wednesday nights at FBC, children from Kindergarten through 5th grade meet together to learn about missionaries from the United States & foreign countries. This hands-on missions training gives them first-hand experiences into the lives of these ambassadors for Christ.
